It is funny that before summer you try to loose some weight a couple of kilos. Then the summer comes and you eat let's say grilled food, ice cream and maybe enjoy few glass of wine or other refresments. And then you notice that you have gain few extra kilos than the ones you managed to loose earlier the same year. After this notice you go to the gym which is near you and start loosing weight again. And this goes on every year. Oh my, it is not easy to be a woman do you agree?
