Holiday swap arranged by Caterina

Caterina was kind and arranged a summer holiday swap. This is what I send for my swap partner Ludmila. 

Have you tryed water running with water running belt and shoes? Water running takes place in the deep end of the pool and it is quite advantageous as an alternative workout for run training. It is great sports and very fun!
